  • Family-Based Immigration Services: We provide immigration services to reunite families through family sponsorships and visa applications. We assist families in sponsoring relatives for Green Cards and visas via Immediate Relative petitions, Family Preference petitions, and Fiancé(e) Visas.
  • Employment-Based Immigration Services: We assist businesses, employers, employees, and self-petitioners in navigating the complexities of employment-based Green Cards and work visas. These include including EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, EB-3 Green Cards, as well as L-1, R-1, H1-B, and H2-B Visas. We also assist with Investors Visa, including E-2 and EB-5 Visas.
  • Humanitarian-Based Immigration Services: We assist individuals in their applications for humanitarian visas or reliefs. These include VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) self-petitions for victims of domestic violence and abuse, U-Visas for victims of crimes, and T-Visas for victims of human trafficking.
  • Naturalization and Citizenship Services: We assist individuals who want to become U.S. citizens through every step of their naturalization process. These include assistance to ensure naturalization eligibility, document preparation and submission of application, and assistance with interview preparation. We can also accompany you to your naturalization interview. We also assist individuals who may already be U.S. citizens to apply for their Certificates of Citizenship.
  • Waivers of Inadmissibility Services: We assist with well-researched and well-crafted waiver applications for individuals who are facing inadmissibility issues. These include I-601 Waivers for grounds of inadmissibility related to unlawful presence, fraud and misrepresentation; I-601A Provisional Waivers for some relatives of U.S. citizens and U.S. Legal Permanent Residents who can demonstrate extreme hardship to their qualifying relative; and I-212 Waivers for individuals who have been deported or removed from the U.S.
  • Miscellaneous Immigration Services: We offer various other immigration services, including Change of Status, Extension of Visas and Status; Student Visas Applications, Work Permits, FOIA Requests, Interview Preparation, Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing
