Dr. Ope Badaru has over 20 years of law practice in multiple jurisdictions. She has a wealth of professional experience working in the areas of immigration, business, and real estate law.
Dr. Badaru has successfully represented immigration clients on a range of matters and previously worked as a public policy and advocacy consultant on immigrant rights and public policy. Dr. Badaru advises and assists businesses and nonprofit organizations with incorporation, tax exemption, contracts, as well as corporate governance and compliance issues. She also advises and assists clients on a range of real estate matters. She is well-suited to provide representation and assist through every detail of your case while compassionately advocating for you, your family, and your organization.
Dr. Badaru is licensed to practice law in the States of Texas and New York and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts, Northern District and Southern Districts of Texas. She is also licensed to practice law in Nigeria.
Dr. Badaru holds a Ph.D. in Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University Canada, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the State Bar of Texas, and the Texas Bar College.
